Professor of Agricultural Meteorology, University of Guelph, Canada, Crop Climate Expert Dr Dr.WTHU-RTELL and Dr.TJGILLESPIE, according to the academic exchange between Beijing Agricultural University and Guelph University Plan, from May 1 to 22 to our school for an academic exchange of visits. During the visit, the two experts made a detailed understanding of the scientific research in our group and watched some of the farmland microclimate instruments in our group and discussed our research projects and observation methods and put forward many valuable guiding opinions. In view of the status and difficulties of the Cropland Microclimatization Institute in our group, experts said they have made every effort to support the work of our group in terms of equipment, topics and personnel training. In addition, we also exchanged views on agrometeorology and agriculture agronomy agronomy and agrometeorology teaching. Compared with the undergraduates at the University of Guelph, there is a big gap between the teaching content and the level of agro-meteorological courses in Agronomy undergraduates. The current situation at the University of Guelph is similar to that of the reform plan that we have already proposed, so we consulted with experts on some specific teaching issues
