北京小学教育集团系统思考学校管理,探索实践适合自身发展并卓有成效的学校组织变革模式。学校立足自身实际,以系统的思维,提出自主型管理、学术型管理和民主型管理三种管理理念。在顶层设计的基础上,从学校管理、教师发展和学生发展方式三方面进行系统变革。如实行“联邦制”、深化年级工作制、成立“促进教育家委会”、构建“四季课程”体系、创造“实与活”课堂、使用个性化成长手册等。
Beijing Primary Education Group systematically considers school management and explores a model of school organizational change suitable for its own development and effectiveness.
