该厂轴承套圈毛坯锻造工艺其特点是,不是用平锻或模锻工序,而采用冲孔—扩孔的工艺方法。文中介绍了锻造流水线的工艺过程,具体工艺制订的理论依据和计算,并对此工艺与其他工艺方法作了比较,阐明了本工艺之优越性:生产效率很高,质量比平锻好,材料利用率高,设备简小可靠,厂房利用率高。作者认为本工艺符合多快好省的要求,适用于中小型轴承厂。附图12幅,表9个
The factory bearing ring rough forging process is characterized by not forging or forging process, and the use of punching - reaming process.
