焦虑和紧张,是现代社会的一种非常普遍的现象,引起焦虑的常见诱因是导致冲突的情境和事件。当个体感到自己的应对能力不能适应客观现实的要求时,焦虑就相应产生了。焦虑表现在身体方面的障碍有呼吸急促、心慌、胸闷、肌肉痉挛、头痛、失眠、两手湿冷、多尿等;表现在心理方面的障碍有注意涣散、肾张不安、精神恍惚、踌躇不决、抑郁多梦等。有的人焦虑可自行缓解,即当导致内心矛盾冲突的事件过后,心理紧张与不适等反应就会逐渐消失。而
