实验发现金属箔片经微变形量冷轧,轧件存在前端影响优势区和出现强度、硬度降低,塑性增高的自行软化现象。研究认为轧件质点流动异常景象是前刚端与变形区摩擦阻力共同作用的结果;加工组织自行软化现象是材料在长时期低应力场作用下珠光体中碳化物由高能的片层状组织趋向低能球状组织的结果。
