男性不育是男科学临床中较为常见的综合征 ,其病因复杂多样 ,在其病因的研究中 ,精浆抗氧化酶是近年来研究的热点 ,本文对该酶和男性不育的关系进行了综述。发现 :①氧自由基 (ROS)由人类精子和精液中的白细胞产生 ,约 2 5 %的不育男性精液中有ROS水平升高 ,并多为非精子缺乏型不育患者 ;②正常精浆中含有SOD、CAT、GPX等酶类抗氧化剂 ,同时也包括有白蛋白、谷胱苷肽、次牛磺酸、牛磺酸和维C、维E等非酶类抗氧化剂。这些抗氧化剂可以中和ROS对精子的潜在毒性作用 ,其中关键的是SOD和CAT。不育男性精浆抗氧化酶活性明显低于正常声于生育男性。说明精浆抗氧化酶的缺陷与男性不育的发生有密切的关系。
Male infertility is a more common clinical syndrome in male science. Its etiology is complex and diverse. Infertility male seminal plasma antioxidant enzyme activity was significantly lower than normal sons in fertile men. Description of seminal plasma antioxidant enzyme defects and the occurrence of male infertility are closely related.
