选择本校212例即将开始临床实习的医学专业学生实施循证医学教学研究活动,随机分为循证医学教学试验组(EBM组)和传统教学对照组,每组106例学生,经过1年的教学实践对比,EBM组经过测试理论知识、临床技能操作、书写病历、分析典型病例及教师、学生的满意度调查均优于对照组。结果显示在高职高专医学生临床教学中运用多种教学模式强化循证医学思维的培养是很有必要的。
Select the medical school students who are about to start clinical intern in 212 undergraduate students to carry out evidence-based medical teaching and research activities, randomly divided into EBM group and traditional teaching control group, with 106 students in each group. After one year of teaching Practice comparison, EBM group after testing theoretical knowledge, clinical skills operation, writing medical records, analysis of typical cases and teachers, students satisfaction survey were better than the control group. The results show that it is necessary to use a variety of teaching modes to strengthen the training of evidence-based medical thinking in the clinical teaching of medical students in higher vocational schools.
