SOX9蛋白、K-Ras蛋白在胃癌组织中表达及临床意义

目的:探讨SOX9蛋白和K-Ras蛋白在胃癌组织中表达及临床意义。方法:选择义乌市中心医院于2016年1月至2020年1月行手术且经病理检查证实为胃癌患者120例为观察对象,取癌组织及癌旁组织。采用免疫组织化学法检测SOX9蛋白和K-Ras蛋白阳性表达;采用Western Blot检测SOX9蛋白和K-Ras蛋白表达灰度值。比较癌组织与癌旁组织SOX9蛋白和K-Ras蛋白阳性率,不同病理特征SOX9蛋白和K-Ras蛋白阳性率,及癌组织与癌旁组织SOX9蛋白和K-Ras蛋白表达灰度值。结果:癌组织SOX9蛋白阳性率[69.17%(83/120)]和K-Ras蛋白阳性率[58.33%(70/120)]高于癌旁组织[15.00%(18/120)和11.67%(14/120)](χn 2=72.227、57.436,均n P0.05);淋巴结转移患者SOX9蛋白表达阳性率(92.45%)高于无淋巴结转移患者(50.75%)(χn 2=24.136,n P<0.05)。淋巴结转移患者K-Ras蛋白表达阳性率(79.25%)高于无淋巴结转移患者(41.79%)(χn 2=17.079,n P<0.05)。癌组织SOX9蛋白表达灰度值(0.87±0.15)和K-Ras蛋白表达灰度值(0.56±0.13)高于癌旁组织(0.12±0.03)和(0.10±0.03)(n t=53.079、37.769,均n P<0.05)。n 结论:SOX9蛋白和K-Ras蛋白在胃癌组织中高表达,且与淋巴结转移密切相关。“,”Objective:To investigate the expression of SOX9 and K-Ras in gastric cancer.Methods:From January 2016 to January 2020, 120 patients with gastric cancer were operated in Yiwu Central Hospital and confirmed by pathological examination.The expression of SOX9 and K-Ras was detected by immunohistochemistry, and the gray value of SOX9 and K-Ras was detected by Western blot.The positive rates of SOX9 and K-Ras protein in cancer tissues and adjacent tissues, the positive rates of SOX9 and K-Ras protein with different pathological features, and the gray values of SOX9 and K-Ras protein expression in cancer and adjacent tissues were compared.Results:The positive rates of SOX9 protein[69.17%(83/120)] and K-Ras protein[58.33%(70/120)] in cancer tissues were higher than those in adjacent tissues [15.00%(18/120) and 11.67% (14/120)] (χn 2=72.227, 57.436, all n P0.05). The expression rate of SOX9 protein in patients with lymph node metastasis (92.45%) was higher than that in patients without lymph node metastasis (50.75%) (χn 2=24.136, n P<0.05). The positive rate of K-Ras protein expression in patients with lymph node metastasis (79.25%) was higher than that in patients without lymph node metastasis (41.79%) (χn 2=17.079, n P<0.05). The gray values of SOX9 protein expression (0.87±0.15) and K-Ras protein expression (0.56±0.13) in cancer tissues were higher than those in adjacent tissues [(0.12±0.03) and (0.10±0.03)](n t=53.079, 37.769, all n P<0.05).n Conclusion:SOX9 and K-Ras are highly expressed in gastric cancer and are closely related to lymph node metastasis.
