本文系统地整理了关于构架创新、技术演进独特路径、集成创新、战略定位方面的文献,既而以中国电梯工业详实的案例深层次剖析共同控制是如何基于本土需求进行构架创新,以及重新进行战略定位形成竞争优势的。认为洞察本土经济发展趋势,挖掘本土需求,基于本土需求进行产品构架创新(包括市场创新及组织、管理变革)、重新进行战略定位,是跨国公司在中国取得竞争优势、改变竞争格局的有效突破之处。
This article systematically sorted out the literature on architectural innovation, the unique path of technological evolution, integrated innovation and strategic positioning. Based on the detailed case studies of China’s elevator industry, this paper deeply analyzes how common control is based on domestic demand for structural innovation and re-strategic positioning Forming a competitive advantage.
