在网络经济的时代,信息技术飞速发展,企业只有建立和客户的良好关系,形成并留住自己的忠诚客户,才能更好的发展。关系营销作为一种新的营销观念,顺应了当今形势,为企业处理好内外部关系提供了一些方法和思路。本文分析了我国目前的在培育客户忠诚的关系营销策略上存在的误区;提出了关系营销的一些策略以提升企业客户的忠诚度,使企业有更好的发展。
In the era of network economy, the rapid development of information technology, enterprises only to establish good relations with customers, to form and retain their loyal customers in order to better development. As a new marketing concept, relationship marketing conforms to the current situation and provides some methods and ideas for the enterprise to handle the internal and external relations. This paper analyzes the current misunderstandings in the relationship marketing strategy of fostering customer loyalty in our country, and puts forward some tactics of relationship marketing in order to enhance the loyalty of enterprise customers and make the enterprises develop better.
