问题的提出在变量液压泵的最大压力、响应时间和压力脉动试验中,常常发现:同一台泵用同样的压力传感器和记录仪在不同试验台上测出的数据相差较大。虽然上述三项指标是衡量产品质量好坏的一个重要参数,但试验的结果使人难易判断产品的好坏。为正确评估变量液压泵的上述三项指标,提出了出口系统阻抗的概念。本文试通过对美国通用规范有关部分的试验验证分析,阐明出口系统阻抗的含意、计算及调整方法,以作为我国这方面研究工作的参考。出口系统阻抗的含意
The question raised In variable pressure pump maximum pressure, response time and pressure pulsation test, it is often found: the same pump with the same pressure sensor and recorder on different test bench measured data differ greatly. Although the above three indicators is a measure of product quality is an important parameter, but the results of the test makes it easy to judge the quality of the product. In order to correctly evaluate the above three variables of variable displacement hydraulic pump, the concept of outlet system impedance is proposed. This paper tries to clarify the meaning, calculation and adjustment methods of export system impedance through the test verification analysis of the relevant parts of the common US regulations as a reference for our country’s research work in this area.
