利用非破冰船舶进行海冰调查,是我国目前获取海上冰情资料的手段之一.观测方法主要为目测,观测时间一般为白天.但在距海岸较远(目力不见海岸)且测点附近未见冰或夜间进行海冰调查时,则主要依靠船用雷达辅以目测进行流冰外缘线观测.实践证明,此类观测存在诸多问题,直接影响到海冰调查资料的真实性和可靠性.为了保证海冰资料的获取和使用,探讨和掌握不同天气形势下目测和雷达观测的有效距离,对今后海冰调查工作的开展有着非常重要的意义.
The investigation of sea ice using non-ice-breaking ships is one of the means to obtain the data of sea ice conditions at present in our country.The methods of observation are mainly visual observation, and the observation time is generally daytime, but in the case of farther away from the coast When ice or night sea ice surveys are conducted, the ship-borne radar is mainly used for visual observation of the ice-rim rim observation. In order to ensure the acquisition and use of sea ice data, exploring and mastering the effective distance of visual observation and radar observation under different weather conditions is very important for the future work of sea ice investigation.
