利用传输矩阵法,研究周期不对称度对光子晶体透射谱的影响,结果表明:当周期不对称度为零时,光子晶体透射峰随着周期数的增大而变得越精细,但其透射率均为100%不变;当周期不对称度为不等于零的恒定值时,光子晶体透射峰的透射率低于100%,但随着周期数的增大,透射峰仅变得精细而透射率不变;光子晶体透射峰的透射率随着周期不对称度增大而下降,而且不对称度越大,透射率下降越快,同时透射峰变窄的速度也越快。周期不对称度对光子晶体透射谱的影响规律,为光子晶体模型的构造和设计制备等提供方法依据。
The transmission matrix method is used to study the influence of periodic asymmetry on the transmission spectra of photonic crystals. The results show that the transmission peak of photonic crystals becomes finer with the increase of the number of cycles when the period asymmetry is zero. However, When the periodic asymmetry is constant at a value not equal to zero, the transmissivity of the photon crystal transmission peak is less than 100%, but the transmission peak becomes only fine and transmissive as the number of cycles increases The transmission rate of the photon crystal transmission peak decreases with the increase of the asymmetry degree of the photon crystal, and the greater the asymmetry is, the faster the transmittance declines and the narrower the transmission peak becomes. The influence of periodic asymmetry on the transmission spectra of photonic crystals, and provides the method basis for the structure, design and preparation of photonic crystal model.
