利用致死性乳鼠动物模型,证实了空心莲子草有效部分对流行性出血热病毒感染的乳鼠具有保护作用。治疗后的乳鼠生存率提高,组织病理损伤减轻,病毒抗原量减少。治疗剂量的药物仅引起轻度肝组织学变化。
The lethal suckling mouse model was used to confirm that the effective part of Alternanthera philoxeroides has a protective effect on neonatal mice infected with epidemic hemorrhagic fever virus. After treatment, the survival rate of suckling mice increased, histopathological damage was reduced, and viral antigens were reduced. The therapeutic dose of the drug caused only mild histological changes in the liver.
