目的系统检测分析益母草颗粒中水苏碱与益母草碱含量。方法采用液相色谱仪—质谱仪(HPLC-MS)检测盐酸水苏碱与盐酸益母草碱的含量。结果水苏碱与益母草碱浓度分别在1.125~281.45 ng/ml与1.043~260.5 ng/ml范围有较好的线性关系,精密度、重复性均达标,溶液在40 h内相对稳定,本方法回收率达标,益母草中水苏碱与益母草碱的浓度分别为6.688~12.411 mg/g、0.686~3.637 mg/g,5批益母草颗粒中盐酸水苏碱与盐酸益母草碱的含量分别为2.167~8.866 mg/g、0.039~0.211 mg/g。结论采用HPLC-MS检测益母草与益母草颗粒中盐酸水苏碱与盐酸益母草碱的含量科学有效,值得药品质量检测部门推广使用。
Objective To detect and analyze the content of stachydrine and Leonurus in Motherwort granules. Methods The contents of stachydrine hydrochloride and Leonurine hydrochloride were determined by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS). Results The concentrations of stachydrine and Leonurine were linear in the range of 1.125-281.45 ng / ml and 1.043-260.5 ng / ml, respectively. The precision and repeatability reached the standard. The solution was relatively stable within 40 h. The recovery of this method The concentrations of stachydrine and Leonurine in motherwort were 6.688 ~ 12.411 mg / g and 0.686 ~ 3.637 mg / g, respectively. The contents of stachydrine hydrochloride and Leonurine hydrochloride in five batches of Motherwort granules were 2.167 ~ 8.866 mg / g, 0.039 ~ 0.21 1 mg / g. Conclusion The HPLC-MS detection of Leonurus and Motherwort granules Stachydrine hydrochloride and Leonurus alkaloids content is scientifically effective, it is worth to promote the use of drug quality testing departments.
