目的:通过临床试验选择一种痛苦较小,出血量少,恢复速度较快,并发症较少的人流技术,分析其临床价值。方法:选取早孕妇女1200例,600例患者自愿接受可视无痛人流手术为观察组,全程在超导可视妇产科手术仪监测下进行。对照组患者600例,均自愿接受传统金属吸管人流。观察记录患者出血量、手术时间长短,术后随访,记录不完全流产情况、月经恢复情况、子宫粘连情况。结果:观察组手术出血量及手术时间较对照组都具有显著差异(P<0.05),随访结果,出现不完全流产的概率显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:超导可视技术具有临床应用价值。
OBJECTIVE: To select a kind of abortion technology with less pain, less bleeding, faster recovery and fewer complications through clinical trial to analyze its clinical value. Methods: One hundred and twenty cases of early pregnancy women were selected. Six hundred and sixty patients were selected as the observation group for visual painless abortion voluntarily. The whole procedure was monitored under the supervisional visual obstetrics and gynecology operation apparatus. Control group of 600 patients, are willing to accept the traditional metal pipette flow. Observe and record the amount of bleeding, duration of surgery, follow-up, record incomplete abortion, menstrual recovery, uterine adhesions. Results: The bleeding volume and operation time in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group (P <0.05). The follow-up results showed significant difference in the probability of incomplete abortion (P <0.05). Conclusion: Superconducting visual technology has clinical value.
