目的探析牛蒡子汤治疗颈椎病的作用机理。方法分组灌胃牛蒡子汤基础方和加减方 ,比较了受试大鼠的血液流变学和血清中MDA、SOD以及NO的含量。结果牛蒡子汤基础方和加减方可使大鼠的BEVH、BRVL、PV、PtA和ESP均有不同程度的下降 ,可改善红细胞的变形能力和聚集性 ,减缓血小板的聚集性 ,有利于血流和微循环灌注。可有效降低实验动物血清MDA的水平 ,提高SOD的活力 ,可调控一氧化氮。结论牛蒡子汤对颈椎病祛风通络、活血化瘀的药理与血液流变性改善以及提高清除自由基能力、对抗退行性病变有关。
Objective To explore the mechanism of Niuqianzi decoction in treating cervical spondylosis. Methods The groups were divided into three groups according to the basic prescription and addition and subtraction formulas. The blood rheology of rats and the contents of MDA, SOD and NO in serum were compared. RESULTS: The basic prescription and addition and subtraction of Niuqinzi Decoction can reduce the levels of BEVH, BRVL, PV, PtA and ESP in rats to varying degrees, which can improve the deformability and aggregation of red blood cells, and slow the aggregation of platelets, which is beneficial to blood. Flow and microcirculation perfusion. It can effectively reduce the serum level of MDA in experimental animals, increase the activity of SOD, and regulate nitric oxide. Conclusion Niuqinzi decoction is effective in improving the pharmacological and hemorheological properties of cervical spondylosis, removing wind and collaterals, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, as well as improving the ability of scavenging free radicals and fighting degenerative diseases.
