以聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)为壁材,利用溶剂挥发法制备芳烃油缓释微胶囊。考察了工艺参数对微胶囊粒径大小和表面形貌的影响。结果表明,选择明胶-十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)作为复合表面活性剂,芯壁材质量比为1∶1,剪切速率为700 r/min时,所制备微胶囊大小均匀,平均粒径在60μm左右,表面光滑,包覆较好。通过热挥发失重实验研究了微胶囊的缓释性能。结果表明,205℃加热4 h,芳烃油微胶囊挥发率只有31.8%,远低于芳烃油的挥发率58.4%。表明微胶囊能够明显减缓芳烃油释放速率,为芳烃油缓释微胶囊在沥青中的应用提供可行性。
Polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) was used as the wall material to prepare the microcapsule of aromatic oil by solvent evaporation method. The effects of process parameters on the size and surface morphology of microcapsules were investigated. The results showed that when gelatin-sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) was chosen as the complex surfactant, the ratio of core wall material was 1: 1 and the shear rate was 700 r / min, the prepared microcapsules were uniform in size and average particle Diameter of about 60μm, the surface is smooth, coated better. The sustained-release properties of microcapsules were studied by thermal volatilization weight loss experiment. The results showed that the volatilization rate of aromatic hydrocarbon microcapsules was only 31.8% when heating at 205 ℃ for 4 h, which was much lower than the volatile rate of aromatic hydrocarbon oil of 58.4%. The results showed that the microcapsules can obviously slow down the release rate of aromatic oil and provide the feasibility for the application of aromatic oil extended release microcapsules in asphalt.
