目的: 探讨灵芝复康宝抗肿瘤作用的免疫学机理。方法: 采用 E L I S A 法则定不同剂量芝复康宝对 S180 荷瘤小鼠血清 I L2 、 T N Fα含量的影响。结果:小剂量组(0 .5 mg/kg 体重) 血清 I L2 和 T N Fα水平明显高于对照组( P< 0.05) 。结论:小剂量的灵芝复康宝对荷瘤鼠 I L2 和 T N Fα均有一定的诱生作用,提示小剂量的灵芝复康宝可能通过调节宿主 B R M(biologicalresponse modifiers , B R M) 系统而发挥其抑制肿瘤的作用。
Objective: To investigate the immunological mechanism of Ganoderma lucidum Fukangbao anti-tumor effect. METHODS: The effects of different doses of Zhifu Kangbao on serum I L 2 and T N F α levels in S180 tumor-bearing mice were determined by E L I S A method. Results: The levels of serum I L 2 and T N F α in the low-dose group (0.5 mg/kg body weight) were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The low dose of Ganoderma lucidum Fukangbao has a certain induction effect on tumor-bearing mice I L 2 and T N F α, suggesting that small doses of Ganoderma lucidum Fukang Po may by regulating the host B R M (biologicalresponse modifiers, B R M) System exerts its effect of suppressing tumors.
