通过浸种,采用培养皿种子发芽实验,研究不同浓度Al2(SO4)3对马尾松种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响.结果表明:在处理浓度范围内,Al2(SO4)3对马尾松种子的发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数无明显影响,但能提高其发芽势和平均发芽速;当Al2(SO4)3质量浓度为3 000 mg/L时,提高了马尾松种子淀粉酶活性,并能延缓淀粉酶开始降低的时间.
The effects of different concentrations of Al2 (SO4) 3 on the seed germination and seedling growth of Pinus massoniana were studied by soaking seeds and germination experiments with Petri dishes. The results showed that the germination rate of Pinus massoniana seedlings with Al2 (SO4) 3 was within the range of treatment concentration , Germination index and vitality index had no significant effect, but increased germination potential and average germination rate.
