分析了传统掘进机电控系统存在维护难、使用复杂等问题,提出了能满足掘进机各控制功能的新型电控系统,论述了其设计原理与方案,重点介绍了电控系统的功能拓扑设计、结构设计以及内部强电、弱电布置原则和各元器件的布局设计等。实践证明,新型电控系统维护、使用方便,并增强了人机交互性性能,具有通用性。
This paper analyzes the problems that the traditional roadheader electronic control system is difficult to maintain and complex to use, and proposes a new electronic control system which can meet the various control functions of the roadheader. The design principles and solutions are discussed, and the functional topology design of the electronic control system , Structural design and internal strong electricity, weak electricity layout principles and the layout of the components design. Practice has proved that the new electronic control system maintenance, easy to use, and enhance the performance of human-computer interaction, with versatility.
