目的:探讨地氟醚是否具有诱导心肌预适应作用。方法:SD 大鼠离体心脏采用Langendorff 装置灌流。21只大鼠随机分成对照组(C组) 、地氟醚组(D组) 和缺血预处理组(IP组) ,连续监测HR,左室内压(LVP)及左室内压上升和下降最大速率( ±dp/dtmax)。实验结束时取心肌组织观察其超微结构变化。结果:D 组和IP组LVP、±dp/dtmax 恢复明显优于C组( P< 0-05) ,心肌超微结构损害比C组轻。D组和IP组心功能恢复无统计学差异,心肌结构改变接近。结论:地氟醚预处理模拟缺血预适应可保护缺血再灌注心肌
Objective: To investigate whether desflurane can induce myocardial preconditioning. Methods: The isolated rat heart was perfused with Langendorff apparatus. Twenty-one rats were randomly divided into control group (C group), desflurane group (D group) and ischemic preconditioning group (IP group). HR, left ventricular pressure (LVP) and left ventricular pressure Rate (± dp / dtmax). Myocardial tissue was taken at the end of the experiment to observe its ultrastructure changes. Results: The recovery of LVP and ± dp / dt max in group D and group IP was significantly better than that in group C (P <0-05). The damage of myocardial ultrastructure was lighter than that in group C. There was no significant difference in cardiac function recovery between D group and IP group, and the change of myocardial structure was similar. Conclusion: Desflurane preconditioning can protect ischemic-reperfused myocardium
