2017年是统一法律职业资格考试第一年,也是首次将公安执法人员纳入考试主体范围,势必对公安法学教育带来重大影响。在公安院校学科设置、教学方式和内容以及与职前培训的关系上都提出了严峻挑战。公安院校应当在协调学科关系、调整教学内容和方式、强化职前培训的事前准备上做出科学决策。 2017 is the first year of the uniform law occupation qualification examination, and it is the first time that police officers and law enforcement personnel are included in the scope of the examination subject.
