为了确保一届又一届毕业生就业队伍的稳定,我们上海市振华外经职业技术学校就业办的老师,多年来可谓竭尽全力:一次次召开用人单位和毕业生座谈会;努力建立毕业生联系制度,定期、不定期地走访用人单位和就业的学生,坚持做好跟踪服务;有针对性地进行问卷调查,全面掌握就业学生的工作情况及所学课程的适用情况;加强业务指导,实施就业中的再培训工程,不断提高就业学生的业务水平和适应能力……尽管全校的学生就业工作做得有声有色,但一些毕业生在进入用人单位后,面对内涵不同的企业文化而产生的种种不适应,则让人放心不下,希望尚未毕业的中职生能够给予足够的关注。
