云南省峨山彝族自治县化念镇党宽村位于化念镇西北部,全村438户,1682人,139.9公顷(合2099亩)耕地,是一个汉、彝、苗、哈尼、傣族等多民族聚集的村委会。2001年开展“三个代表”的学习教育活动以来,市、县科学技术局深入实践“三个代表”的重要思想,依靠科技进步,普及科技知识,以农民增收为目标,在党宽村办五件实事,取得了较好的经济和社会效益。2002年,全村实现经济总收入617.46万元,比上年增加55.9万元,增长9.1％,农民人均纯收入2071元,比上年增加229元,增长16.8％。被省政府确定为“小康科教示范村”,列为省委书记白恩培同志的联系点。
