研究开发了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱分析 (ICP AES)信息系统。该信息系统的光谱数据库系统包括了 2 80 0 0余条谱线的信息 ,光谱干扰校正模块中的Kalman滤波和因子分析方法具有峰位优化功能 ,能够满足通常谱线查询、干扰模拟和校正的需要。光谱数据库系统用Foxpro编制 ,光谱干扰识别光谱模拟和光谱干扰校正部分用VisualBasic语言编制。该信息系统可从作者网页免费下载使用。
Research and development of the ICP-AES (Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry) system. The spectral database system of the information system includes more than 28000 lines of information. The Kalman filter and factor analysis method in the spectral interference correction module has the function of peak position optimization, which can meet the requirements of common spectral line query, interference simulation and correction need. The spectral database system was compiled by Foxpro, spectral interference identification spectroscopy and spectral interference correction part of the use of VisualBasic language preparation. This information system is freely available for download from the author’s website.
