国有企业是国民经济的中流砥柱,改革开放以来,国有企业改革不断取得重大突破,形成了一套具有中国特色社会主义的创新发展模式。随着改革的深入,建立适应市场机制的薪酬模式也是国有企业改革的重点。实施分红权激励,有助于国有企业逐步树立“业绩升、薪酬升,业绩降、薪酬降”的薪酬理念,进而构建经营者薪酬增长与经济效益、业绩考核联系密切,与职工收入分配关系协调、差距合理的分配体制。
