本文分析1988年至1998年小儿胆结石34例．胆囊结石18例．胆总管结石10例．肝内胆管结石6例，认为小儿胆结石形成与多种疾病和因素有关，一旦确诊．应早期手术治疗。
This article analyzes 34 cases of pediatric gallstones from 1988 to 1998. Gallstone in 18 cases. Common bile duct stones in 10 cases. Intrahepatic bile duct stones in 6 cases, that children with gallstone formation and a variety of diseases and factors, once diagnosed. Should be early surgical treatment.
