[目的]测定了欧洲荚蒾果实主要营养成分和含量。[方法]对新疆2种不同来源野生种和栽培种的欧洲荚蒾果实的成分和含量进行了比较。[结果]欧洲荚蒾果实主要含有糖、有机酸、维生素C、15种氨基酸、蛋白质、原花青素和黄酮等营养物质。相比较,野生种的黄酮含量高于栽培种,栽培种的可溶性糖含量高于野生种,其他含量差异均不明显。[结论]欧州荚蒾果实含有丰富的营养成分。
[Objective] The main nutritional components and contents of European viburnum fruit were determined. [Method] The components and contents of two species of wild viburnum and cultivated species of Viburnum pusillus from two different sources in Xinjiang were compared. [Result] The European Viburnum fruit mainly contains sugars, organic acids, vitamin C, 15 kinds of amino acids, proteins, proanthocyanidins and flavonoids and other nutrients. In comparison, the content of flavonoids in wild species was higher than that in cultivars, and the content of soluble sugar in cultivated species was higher than that in wild species with no significant difference in other contents. [Conclusion] The European Viburnum fruit is rich in nutrients.
