帮助文化程度较低的同志进行「共产主义与共产党」的学习，在我是一个新的工作，我抱着学习的精神，不断的摸索前进。在我们单位里，文化程度低的同志较多，并且上大课时，他们不能完全听懂，一般感到不满足；有些同志因为不会记笔记，说：「囘来就忘掉了」。根据上面情况，我是这样进行辅导：在讲课之后，根据讲课内容，采取启发方式再给他们讲解一遍，然后，组织他们讨论。在讲课的内容和方法上，注意以下几点：
