在中国,体制改革正在发生,反逼诸如水、电、气、交通等国有企业的组织管理形式也较以往随之改变。生存环境的压迫,促使国有企业重新认识自身,重新考量舆论引导和生存发展之间的关系,从而更加重视正面宣传。本文从国有企业的宣传乃至运作策略入手剖析,来争取舆论的主导权和话语权,发出更多正面声音。
In China, structural reforms are taking place. The form of organization and management of state-owned enterprises such as water, electricity, gas and transportation is also changing. The oppression of the living environment has prompted state-owned enterprises to re-understand themselves and reconsider the relationship between public opinion guidance and the existence and development so as to place more emphasis on positive publicity. This article analyzes the publicity and even the operation strategy of state-owned enterprises to fight for the dominance of the media and the right to speak, giving more positive opinions.
