氧化铝纤维,在广义上来说是一种陶瓷材料。它出现于七十年代,是一种新型的增强材料。其主要特点是: 1)耐热性好,在空气中加热到1250℃还保持室温强度的90%;碳纤维在空气中400℃以上就氧化燃烧;2)电气绝缘性能好;3)不被熔融金属侵蚀;4)表面活性好,不需处理即能与金属和树脂很好地复合;5)高强度、高模量。
Alumina fiber, in a broad sense, is a ceramic material. It appears in the seventies, is a new type of reinforcing material. Its main features are: 1) good heat resistance, heated to 1250 ℃ in the air but also to maintain room temperature strength of 90%; carbon fiber in the air above 400 ℃ oxidation combustion; 2) electrical insulation performance; 3) Metal erosion; 4) good surface activity, without the need to deal with metal and resin well composites; 5) high strength, high modulus.
