目的:探讨实时三维超声检查在胎儿颜面部畸形诊断中的应用价值。方法:选择2014年7月至2015年7月间在我院进行超声检查的孕妇460例,其中50例经引产或分娩确定胎儿具有面部畸形,对其检查资料进行回顾性分析,统计实时三维超声检查及二维超声检查对胎儿面部畸形诊断的准确性。结果:三维超声检查诊出48例面部畸形胎儿,诊出率为96%;二维超声检查诊出42例面部畸形胎儿,诊出率为84%;三维超声检查的诊出率明显高于二维超声检查,P<0.05;三维超声检查误诊1例耳部缺陷病例,漏诊1例唇腭裂病例及1例耳部缺陷病例,诊断符合率为94%;二维超声检查的诊断符合率为78%;三维超声检查的符合率明显高于二维超声检查,P<0.05。结论:实时三维超声检查在胎儿颜面部畸形的诊断中具有较高的准确性,但对唇腭裂及耳部缺陷胎儿的检查灵敏度稍有欠缺,在临床操作过程中,要对胎儿唇腭裂及耳部缺陷的检查投入更多的关注。
Objective: To investigate the value of real-time three-dimensional ultrasonography in the diagnosis of facial facial deformity. Conclusion: The real-time three-dimensional ultrasonography has high accuracy in the diagnosis of facial and facial deformities, but it has a little sensitivity to the fetus with cleft lip and palate and ear defects. During the clinical operation, cleft lip and palate Defect inspection put more attention.
