吞咽引起心律失常大多表现为心动过缓,心脏阻滞,甚至心脏停搏,引起心动过速者甚少。兹报告我院所见吞咽引起房性心动过速1例如下。陈姓,女,37岁,托儿所教师,住院号111358。因吞咽致心悸,胸闷伴晕厥4个月入院。患者于1988年7月入院。因不明原因心悸、胸闷赴当地医院就诊,拟“病毒性心肌炎”(频发房性早搏),经异搏定治疗无效。2个月后,在一次精神刺激后,每当进食或饮水时即发作心悸加剧,伴有短暂(3～5秒) Swallowed arrhythmia mostly manifested as bradycardia, heart block, and even cardiac arrest, very little cause of tachycardia. It is reported in our hospital swallowed atrial tachycardia caused by 1 case as follows. Chen surname, female, 37 years old, nursery school teacher, hospital number 111358. Due to swallowed heart palpitations, chest tightness and syncope 4 months admitted to hospital. The patient was admitted to hospital in July 1988. Because of unknown causes palpitations, chest tightness go to the local hospital for treatment, to be “viral myocarditis” (frequent atrial premature beats), by verapamil treatment ineffective. 2 months later, after a mental stimulation, whenever eating or drinking exacerbated palpitations, accompanied by a brief (3 to 5 seconds)
