应用高效液相色谱法和放射免疫法对32例癫痫患者脑脊液γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)、谷氨酸(GLU)、生长抑素(SOM)含量变化进行了检测。结果:癫痫患者脑脊液中GABA含量明显低于对照组(P<0.001),GLU、SOM含量明显高于对照组(P<0.001及0.05)。相关分析发现:GABA与GLU、GA-BA与SOM之间呈直线负相关,GLU与SOM之间呈直线正相关。提示GABA、GLU、SOM参与了癫痫的发病,三者之间的平衡失调可能是癫痫发生的重要原因。
The contents of GABA, GLU and SOM in cerebrospinal fluid of 32 patients with epilepsy were detected by HPLC and radioimmunoassay. Results: The content of GABA in cerebrospinal fluid of patients with epilepsy was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.001). The contents of GLU and SOM in epileptic patients were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.001 and 0.05). Correlation analysis showed that there was a linear negative correlation between GABA and GLU, GA-BA and SOM, and there was a linear positive correlation between GLU and SOM. It is suggested that GABA, GLU and SOM are involved in the pathogenesis of epilepsy. The imbalance between the three may be an important cause of epilepsy.
