试验以烤烟NC89为材料,在团棵期和旺长期进行11种元素缺素处理,结果如下:1.形态变化:缺N、P、K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Cu、Zn、B、Mn元素,其地上部症状明显。缺N、P、B、Cu、Fe元素时,植株高有显著差异;2.生理指标:叶绿素a、b含量、光合速率、根系活力及硝酸还原酶活性在各缺素处理中均低于对照。各缺素处理在形态和生理两者变化基本吻合。
The experiment used flue-cured tobacco NC89 as the material, and 11 kinds of elemental deficiency treatments were carried out in the flowering stage and long period. The results are as follows: 1. Morphological changes: N, P, K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Cu, Zn, B, Mn Elemental, the obvious symptoms of the upper part. In the absence of N, P, B, Cu and Fe, the plant height was significantly different.2. Physiological indexes: The content of chlorophyll a, b, photosynthetic rate, root activity and nitrate reductase activity were lower than those in the control .
