在社会转型时期,人们对弱势群体的关注程度越来越高,这归因于弱势群体结构的变化以及弱势群体维权意识的增强。目前,我国在给予弱势群体法律保护方面还有很多不足,其中,弱势群体的就业不平等性就是其表现之一。落实现有法律,制定配套法规,完善保障体系是改善弱势群体就业现状的有效措施。
In the period of social transformation, people pay more and more attention to the disadvantaged groups, which is attributed to the changes of the structure of the disadvantaged groups and the awareness raising of the rights of vulnerable groups. At present, there are still many deficiencies in the legal protection for vulnerable groups in our country, among which the employment inequality of the disadvantaged groups is one of its manifestations. Implementing the existing laws, formulating supporting laws and regulations and perfecting the guarantee system are effective measures to improve the employment status of vulnerable groups.
