采用小鼠一次性学习行为——跳台反应法观察了通通脉增智胶囊对学习记忆获得、巩固和再现的影响。结果表明,通脉增智胶囊可明显改善小鼠对东莨菪碱所致学习记忆获得不良、亚硝酸钠所致记忆巩固不良和4％乙醇所致记忆再现不良。提示:通脉增智胶囊可促进智能发育,改善记忆。
The one-time learning behavior of mice was used to observe the effect of Tongzhongshenzizhi Capsule on acquisition, consolidation and reproduction of learning and memory by using the step-down reaction method. The results showed that Tongmai Zengzhi Capsule could significantly improve learning and memory deficits caused by scopolamine, poor memory retention caused by sodium nitrite and poor memory reproduction by 4% ethanol. Tip: Tongzhi Zengzhi Capsule can promote intelligent development, improve memory.
