本文根据已运行的一批大中型混流式水轮机转轮裂纹情况,分析了其产生的原因,提出了在设计制造过程中预防裂纹产生的办法,以及东方电机近年来设计制造转轮时采取的措施及目前取得的效果。丈中还根据混流式水轮机的运行特点,提出在水轮机运行过程中尽量避免在高尾水管压力脉动区运行以及在压力脉动较大的区域采取补气等措施,以减轻不稳定流对转轮的交变脉动的作用,减少转轮的疲劳损坏。
