我国南海深水海域油气资源开发既是能源安全的迫切需要,也是维护我国海洋权益、行使南海海域主权的必然举措。发展海洋经济,建设海洋强国,海洋装备必须先行。海洋工程装备是四个大类海洋装备中海洋开发装备的主体。我国南海深水海域面积广阔,海洋油气资源十分丰富,但南海深水海域地理环境条件极为复杂,距大陆路途十分遥远。针对我国南海深水海域地理环境条件的特点,对于可采用的和适配的主要深水海洋工程装备的技术特征进行初步剖析,并就几种适合于南海深水海域油气资源开发的作业模式进行技术分析探讨,为我国南海深水海域油气资源开发提供一定的参考。
The development of oil and gas resources in the deepwater waters of the South China Sea is not only an urgent need for energy security, but also an inevitable measure to safeguard China’s maritime rights and interests and exercise its sovereignty over the South China Sea. To develop the marine economy and build a maritime power, marine equipment must first go ahead. Marine engineering equipment is the main body of marine development equipment in the four major types of marine equipment. China’s deep-sea waters of the South China Sea is vast in area and its marine oil and gas resources are very rich. However, the geographical and environmental conditions in the deep-sea waters of the South China Sea are extremely complicated and are very far away from the mainland. According to the characteristics of geography and environmental conditions in the deepwater waters of the South China Sea, the technical characteristics of the main deepwater offshore engineering equipment that can be used and adapted are analyzed, and the technical analysis of several operation modes suitable for the exploitation of oil and gas resources in the deepwater waters of South China Sea , Which will provide certain reference for the exploitation of oil and gas resources in deepwater area of South China Sea.
