钠硫电池的工作温度在300~350℃,并产生高的气压。为了保证电池的安全和稳定,钠硫电池的焊接要满足:良好的密封性、合理的焊接深度,并在焊接时工件内侧产生的温度要低于90℃。通过300 W YAG焊接机和500 W连续激光焊接系统的焊接试验对比,结果表明,500W连续激光焊接表面质量更好,焊接效率更高,并且能够满足钠硫电池对焊接质量的要求。
Sodium sulfur battery operating temperature of 300 ~ 350 ℃, and produce high pressure. In order to ensure the safety and stability of the battery, sodium-sulfur battery welding to meet: good sealing, reasonable depth of the welding, and welding the workpiece inside the temperature below 90 ℃. The comparison between the welding tests of 300 W YAG welding machine and 500 W continuous laser welding system shows that the surface quality of 500W continuous laser welding is better, the welding efficiency is higher and the welding quality of sodium sulfur battery is satisfied.
