在广义映射原理指导下,开发了支持“top-down”风范的组合夹具设计自动化软件系统。在对零件夹持特性分析基础上,提取夹具需求信息,建立了组合夹具的功能要求集合,并对组合夹具功-构映射关系进行了全面分析,对组合夹具概念结构实施多方案重构,并进行了实例验证。为夹具结构设计自动化软件系统的开发探索出一条新的途径。
Guided by the principle of generalized mapping, a modular fixture design automation software system that supports “top-down” style has been developed. Based on the analysis of part clamping characteristics, the fixture requirements information is extracted and the functional requirements set of the assembly fixture is established. The power-structure mapping relationship of the assembly fixture is analyzed comprehensively, and the multi-scheme reconstruction of the composite fixture concept structure is implemented. An example is verified. A new way is explored for the development of fixture software design automation system.
