分析我院近年内收治的经CT确诊的基底节区梗塞55例,男多于女(3.6:1),年龄44～89岁,平均65.2岁,60岁以上老年人占72.7％。动脉硬化、高血压者占65.5％。主要表现为构音障碍、肢体麻木、偏瘫或肢体无力活动受限、一侧鼻唇沟变浅及头晕头痛等。化验检查血流变异常占67.3％,血脂增高占52.7％。CT显示 In our hospital, 55 cases of basal ganglia infarction confirmed by CT in recent years were analyzed.
