目的:观察急性有氧运动对肥胖青年男性心率变异性(HRV)的影响。方法:11名受试者进行相隔7天的、包括运动日(E)和安静日(R)的自身交叉对照实验,其中,E在基础(0h)测定后即刻进行45分钟、强度为80%HRmax的跑台运动,R无运动内容。两个实验日均于0h、1h和2h三个时间点采用心电工作站进行HRV测定。结果:在1h时间点,E的LF(代表交感神经活性)显著高于其自身基础值(0h),也显著高于R的1h时间点。代表副交感活性的HF、SDNN和rMSSD则比自身基础值显著降低,也低于R的1h时间点;在2h时间点上,以上指标无显著性差异。结论:肥胖者在急性运动结束后较短时间内,其HRV主要表现为抑制。
Objective: To observe the effect of acute aerobic exercise on heart rate variability (HRV) in obese young men. METHODS: Eleven subjects underwent self-cross-over control with 7 days apart on exercise days (E) and quiet days (R), where E was measured immediately after the baseline (0h) for 45 minutes with an intensity of 80% HRmax treadmill exercise, R no movement content. The average daily HRT of two experimental days were measured at 0h, 1h and 2h with ECG workstation. Results: At 1 hour, the LF of E (representing sympathetic activity) was significantly higher than its own value (0 h) and significantly higher than that of R at 1 hour. HF, SDNN and rMSSD, which represent parasympathetic activity, were significantly lower than their baseline values and also lower than the 1 h time point of R; at the 2 h time point there was no significant difference in the above indices. Conclusion: Obesity in the shorter period of acute exercise, the main performance of HRV inhibition.
