通过分析常用油气回收方法的技术特点、回收率、排放要求、经济性及安全性等综合因素,提出了高效冷凝与树脂吸附集成回收新工艺,据此研制出加油站冷凝吸附油气回收装置。利用典型加油站油气组分进行模拟试验,确定了最佳冷凝温度点为-10℃。集成效果测试结果表明:采用树脂吸附剂,油气解析率大于95%,有效解决了能耗和吸附剂寿命问题,同时提高了油气回收率,实现了冷凝吸附低能耗集成工艺的优化。现场应用结果表明:冷凝吸附油气回收装置排放的油气含量检测值低于5 g/m3,回收率可达到99%,同时其能耗与同类产品相比降低了10%。
By analyzing the technical characteristics, recovery rate, emission requirements, economy and safety of common hydrocarbon recovery methods, a new technology of integrated recovery of high efficiency condensation and resin adsorption was put forward. Based on this, a condensing and adsorbing oil and gas recovery unit was developed. Using the typical gas station components to carry out the simulation test, the optimum condensing temperature is -10 ℃. The results of the integration test show that the resin sorbent is more than 95% effective in resolving the problem of energy consumption and the life of the adsorbent, and at the same time, the recovery rate of the oil and gas is increased, and the optimization of low energy integrated process for condensing and adsorbing is achieved. The field application results show that the detected value of the oil and gas discharged by the condensing and adsorbing oil-gas recovery unit is lower than 5 g / m3, the recovery rate can reach 99%, and the energy consumption thereof is reduced by 10% compared with the similar products.
