本文针对18Cr-8Ni不锈钢管子,采用纯氩和纯氩中加1.5%氮为离子气的不填丝等离子弧焊工艺,通过焊缝成形、化学成分、金相组织、机械性能、晶间腐蚀和应力腐蚀等试验的对比,探讨了氮对焊缝组织与性能的某些影响。试验结果表明,氮溶入焊缝,减少了焊态铁素体含量,并在焊缝中出现局部奥氏体区;降低了焊缝金属的抗热裂纹和抗应力腐蚀的能力;改善了管子内壁焊缝的成形。
In this paper, 18Cr-8Ni stainless steel pipe, using pure argon and pure argon plus 1.5% nitrogen ion plasma arc welding process without filler wire, chemical composition, microstructure, mechanical properties, intergranular corrosion and Stress corrosion test comparison, discussed the nitrogen on the weld microstructure and properties of some of the impact. The experimental results show that the penetration of nitrogen into the weld reduces the amount of weld ferrite and results in localized austenite in the weld, reduces the resistance of the weld metal to thermal cracking and stress corrosion, The formation of the inner wall of the weld.
