本文通过中国政法大学(昌平校区)图书馆期刊阅览室,近两年来进行期刊管理改革的实践,论述了新时期图书馆员应具备的全心全意为读者服务的精神,以及改革创新意识。
Through the practice of journal management reform in the past two years through the reading room of the library of China University of Political Science and Law (Changping Campus), this article discusses the spirit of serving the readers wholeheartedly and the awareness of reform and innovation that the librarians should have in the new era.
