介绍一种用氧瓶燃烧-离子选择电极快速测定人发中氟含量的新方法.在选定的实验条件下,氟离子的线性范围为1.0×10~(-6)~1.0×10~(-2)mol/L.用于人发氟的分析,其相对标准偏差和回收率分别为3.7%(n=6)和100.7±11.8%((?)±s,n=5).此法比目前常用的分析方法更简便快速,可用于氟营养及氟中毒指标的检测.
