随着环境污染问题的日益严重,我国水环境污染治理的投融资需求愈加紧迫,因而建立灵活高效的投融资体系是水环境污染治理的财力基础和实施保障。本文在对当前我国政府治理水环境污染的投融资现状进行分析的基础上,提出了建立以政府财政为主导、社会资本多元化参与的投融资模式,以实现多渠道增加水环境污染治理的投入力度。 With the worsening environmental pollution problems, the investment and financing needs for water environment pollution control in our country are becoming more and more urgent.
