报告６例孕期检查发现的疤痕子宫先兆破裂病例患者在妊娠晚期均有子宫下段固定压痛，Ｂ超显示子宫下段变薄及厚薄不均或下段肌层不连续。认为再孕时子宫下段固定性压痛是疤痕子宫先兆破裂的重要体征。Ｂ超在提示疤痕子宫先兆破裂有重要意义。
Report 6 cases of pregnancy found during pregnancy examination of uterine rupture cases of patients with uterine at the third trimester of pregnancy have fixed tenderness, B-ultrasonography showed thinning and uneven thickness of the lower uterine segment or the discontinuity of the lower myometrium. It is considered that the uterine inferiority fixative pressure during pregnancy is an important sign of uterine rupture of the scar. B-ultrasound tips scar in the uterus rupture has important significance.
